RENTAL COSTS and Required Information
$540 a month - will not be raised for the duration of your lease.
Your first months rent is
pro-rated.
12 Month Lease required, if you do not stay 12 months you forfeit your deposit.
A
$500 Security Deposit is required at lease signing, RENT is not required until MOVE IN.
Apartments are not held for anyone, and Management reserves the right to choose who to contact.
ALL applicants will have a
POLICE and EVICTION background check - no  exceptions.  We use Portsmouth
Municipal & Scioto County Common Pleas Court records, as well as State & Nationwide Criminal Databases.  
You MUST show
proof of ID before lease signing.  All residents have been subjected to the same policies.

Water, Sewage, and Trash is paid by us.  You will be responsible for your rent and utility bill.
Maintenance and Lawn Care is provided by us.
NO PETS (with exception of aquarium).
